The Vasterling Suites are all luxury apartments consisting of lofts to 2 bedroom units. Rent ranges from $610 - $990 based on the unit. Amenities Include-- 1. Water, Sewer and Trash is all included with Rent 2. Kitchens have Dark Chocolate Cabinets with Stainless Steel Appliances 3. High Ceiling with Lots of Natural Light 4. Open Layouts 5. Bathrooms contain Glass Showers 6. Some units contain hand-scraped hardwood laminate and travertine floors. 7. Onsite Workout Facility --the facility is open 24 hours and is located on the main floor of the building. 8. "Smart" Laundry--is located on each floor of the building for easy access--Our "Smart" washer and dryers notify you with a text when your laundry is done. You can also see online if the washer and dryers are available without ever leaving your apartment. 9. Locked Key Code Access--only residents with Key Code Access are allowed to enter the building. 10. Security Cameras monitor the building and parking lot 24/7. 11. Private Parking 12. Bike Racks 13. Private Lobby, Pergola, and Courtyard areas for additional relaxation. 14. Downtown Amenities 15. Walking distance to the University, Hospital, Main Street Shops, Restaurants, and Casino 16. Onsite Storage is also available to our tenants for those who need extra space. Our standard leases are 1 year agreements, however, we do offer a 6 month lease option as well as short terms leases, and can provide fully furnished rentals as well. This Studio is $800 per month with a year contract. We do not allow pets in our Vasterling Suites. No smoking is allowed inside the building as well.
