Sit back and enjoy the panoramic views of the lake or fire up the propane grill for a meal in the great outdoors. The property features a luxury hot tub and sauna, room for ten guests, and ample lounge space. An EV charging station is available for your convenience. With 700 feet of lake shoreline, the home offers breathtaking panoramic views and direct access to all that Beaver Lake has to offer. Located just a 15-minute drive to Hobbs State Park, it's great for hiking and mountain biking. Guests will have access to the entire house, all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Pets are not allowed, and any discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
