The large living area can accommodate the entire family, with a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dining area for shared meals. Off the living room is a small patio with outdoor seating for two. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to make simple meals. Enjoy access to a community pool and a nearby gym. Parking is available with three spots labeled 'Visitor' on a first-come, first-served basis. Located in a gated community with a security guard, this apartment offers peace of mind and a sense of safety. You will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and community amenities, including a clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, pool, basketball court, walking and biking trail, and grill. Parking is available with three spots labeled 'Visitor' on a first-come, first-served basis. The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.
