Upstairs living area will have two doors separating it from kitchen and downstairs living area. Laundry access and upstairs kitchen is entirely exclusive to downstairs renter. Owner will install a washer and dryer upstairs, which may require it located in upstairs kitchen. Back yard is very large and will be shared between upstairs and downstairs. house owner will be upstairs resident but constantly traveling for work and on site only for a week to week and a half each month. Garage will be shared for now between owner and Tenant, but owner will allow tenant to park in owner’s space when owner is gone. Owner will primarily access and exit house through front door and downstairs tenant will have direct access to basement and kitchen through garage access.
