About This Home
Property Id: 1833420 Private room for rent in newly remodeled home near VCU! Hi! My name is Melissa (Mel), and I've just bought a beautiful house near VCU. 3 bed, 2.5 bath, central AC, front porch & large backyard with secure parking. I'm looking for someone to share the house with (it would just be the two of us) and rent a really nice, unfurnished 2nd-floor bedroom featuring hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, spacious closet, and a pleasant view of the street. Must be clean, respectful & a non-smoker (420-friendly okay out on the patio), but also enjoyable to live with! You would have the entire bedroom, plus your own personal bathroom & access to the rest of the house, including the living room and modern kitchen. You'll also be able to use the guest room if you have someone staying over, and even a secure space in the fenced back lot to park your car! We would split all utilities & WiFi, which I estimate to be $70-$100/mo each. My dad (Kenny) is managing this listing, but I'm the one living there.
