Simple, no-frills spot perfect for young professional or student

Overall this apartment is a great find. It's located blocks from the metro, in a neighborhood that has some light crime (cars broken into) but, which I feel very safe in overall. The new Giant at O St. Market puts a grocery store just a few blocks away which is great too! The building itself is no-frills, simple old carpet, no doorman, buzzer entry, 2 washers and driers for the building. The apartment has old carpet, no dishwasher, old gas stove, and hot water is limited.... but considering the price and location it is a steal.
