The kitchen is full of useful appliances like a Keurig, AirFryer, and Instapot. Amenities included: central heat, A/C, fireplace, hardwood floors, storage, washer dryer, large basement, and fully fenced in yard. All utilities included: electricity, heat, gas, internet and water. No smoking or vaping on the premises. Date Available: Immediately Non-refundable $500 security deposit is required to hold. Additional non-refundable pet fee of $250 (+$50 per additional pet).
