Nice building/ nice petit apt

For NYC standards the rent is pretty fair and the building is well maintained

Nice apartment, clean building

The building is nice and kept clean. Walls are thick so you don't hear your neighbors. Maintenance can be a bit slow at times but the management is good.

Tiny but Intimate

I live in a tiny apartment with my husband for 6 months now.The building we live in is a 5 story building, traditional NYC building, it is quiet and clean too. We knew its going to be challenge to utilize the little space we got but we made it work, we love our tiny apartment! We are located in the East Village, quiet and residential neighborhood in NYC. There are bars and restaurants downstairs of our building, community gardens across the street and Tompkins Square Park few blocks away. We enjoy living in a big city like NYC but its nice to be able to feel safe and homely in our neighborhood and apartment.
