The complex features both 2 bed and 1-bed units that have spacious open floor plans, large bedrooms with walk-in closets, updated kitchen appliances(including dishwasher), in-unit AC, and hardwood floors. Right next to a lot of great bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues including Pinche Tacos, Tattered Cover / Twist & Shout complex, Denver Museums, City Park, Denver Zoo, Gates Planetarium, Botanic Gardens, and Jazz in the Park. There is a Laundry Room on site!! Complex features free WiFi!! 1 off-street parking space for each unit!! We currently have a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom unit available. The rental rate is $1450 plus $60 water/sewer/trash reimbursement. Security deposit is equal to 1 month rent. All utilities must be transferred into your name when the lease begins. There is an application fee for each adult who will be living at the residence, and all adults must be on the lease. Credit score over 525 required, clean background (rental history and criminal) check required, verifiable income(paystubs) showing a monthly income of 2.5x rent required. One small dog (under 45#) would be allowed with applicable pet deposit/fees/rent. No cats, sorry.
