Early check-in is available for a fee of $89 per service. Covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle is available for $39 per night. Easy and convenient self check-in is available at this property. Guests will have private access to the unit and access to all amenities in the building. The outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management. The maintenance staff may need to access the apartment as required by building management, and advanced notice will be provided if access is required. Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, we do not have control over external factors, such as building maintenance or construction in the building or in the general vicinity. Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Refunds or compensation cannot be provided solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.
