Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources may occur and are beyond our control. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. We cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues. The apartment offers high-speed internet, making it ideal for remote work or social interactions.
