The apartment provides a fully equipped kitchen. This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, pool access where allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day, fitness center access, and lounge access. Full-service valet parking is available in the building for $45 per day exclusive of tax. Day and hourly valet parking are available; see valet attendants directly for price information. Self-service garage parking is also available in the building next door for $17 per day or approximately $125 per month. Ideally located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment options such as Renaissance Tower, Majestic Theater, Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas World Aquarium, Flying Horse Cafe, The French Room, Frankie's Downtown, and Dallas Chop House. Located in Dallas's Main Street District neighborhood, this apartment is easily accessible to most attractions by walking. Uber and Lyft ridesharing are also low-cost options to get around. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed. No Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds are permitted. An additional pet fee based on the length of stay is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined from stays. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation, you agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions, provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in, and undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; violating this rule will result in police involvement. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests staying 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check.
