Do NOT rent from Pineapple Properties!

I lived here for 3 years. The apartment building got sold to Pineapple Properties in January and it was a nightmare to try and deal with this company. They let plumbing repairs go on for months without solving. Apartments have been flooded multiple times. They do not give back your deposit and instead charge you for normal wear and tear. They have refused to respond to my many phone calls and messages. Save yourself the headache and do not rent from them. Also they claim that the kitchen counters are marble and they are in fact fake granite. Everything is made as cheap as possible so do not fall for this.
