New York Living, Affordable Penthouse

So when I say affordable, it's a bit of a stretch since the 3 bedroom Penthouse I live in is still above the $1500 per month per room than other 3 bedrooms in the Midtown Manhattan area, but the bang for your buck at this apartment is well worth the cost. Tremendous amount of space for NYC living, great doormen and services, and you're close to all the action. It also doesn't hurt to live right near work in Midtown East so you can roll out of bed and head off to work with no Subway or Bus delays to worry about.
