The Wave on Kent

Considering that this apartment building is right smack in the middle of trendy North Williamsburg and right next to the East River waterfront, it's extremely affordable. They have great amenities, like an indoor pool, gym, exercise room, sauna and steam room, movie theater room, study lounge, and game room. The superintendent is very responsive and easily reachable. My only complaint is that despite all of the awesome features and amenities, things are often out of order or broken, and not always fixed promptly. It's located a little far from the subway, but I personally think being right next to the water more than makes up for it. The building is also dog-friendly, which is always a plus!
