The tanks will be filled prior to start of lease and the tenant is responsible for filling the tanks at the end of the lease. The tenant is responsible for trash, lawn care and snow removal. The fireplace and shed are not available for use. NO PETS, NO SMOKING Proof of 1 M Liability Policy required. All tenants must fill out application for credit report and references. A $500. cleaning charge will be collected at signing as well as a security deposit and first month's rent. Additional information regarding the property will be provided at the appointment. The lease ends on MAY 19,2025.
