About 159 Corporation Alley Kalamazoo, MI 49007
This beautiful loft offered at Corporation Hall is a two-story 2 bed, 2 1/2 bath w/ den that boasts two outdoor patios. Each of our homes feature radiant heating and cooling provided by a geo-thermal heat pump system and, therefore, tenants don’t ever see a bill for heating or cooling. LED lighting has been prescribed throughout and, therefore, electric bills will be very low. We have solar thermal panels on the roof which provide pre-heating for our domestic hot water, thus reducing energy use. The building has been designed to be a secure building, so access control is built in. Each tenant has access to two storage units within the building; the larger in the basement and a smaller unit on the second floor, for convenience (for bikes, strollers, etc.) Each unit comes with its own garage and one parking space. You will enjoy high quality Viking appliances and beautiful granite and tile finishes in the kitchen and baths.
