The apartment has been renovated to complement a comfortable living space coupled with calmness of the area makes for a peaceful and stress free living environment. Close to Local eateries and shopping centers, yet almost hidden in a nook away form the busy city chaos. We hope we can provide you with the best living experience possible, hope to see you soon!! Cats and small dogs are allowed with an ESA letter. There is an additional deposit of $500 per pet, 2 pets maximum. Water, trash, exterior maintenance is covered by rent. All other utilities will be covered by tenant. 1 year lease minimum, background check will be performed and previous landlords will be contacted to ensure renter is in good standing.
