Welcome to your majestic getaway on Tybee Island! This charming short-term rental offers a delightful and inviting space that is sure to enhance your vacation experience. Upon entering through the vibrant fuchsia-colored door on the left side of the building, you'll be greeted by a bright and spacious sunroom. This sun-soaked haven boasts two cozy sofas, one of which conveniently transforms into a comfortable sofa bed. The interior living area beckons you to unwind and relax after a day of travel. The dining room, surrounded by large windows, allows you to bask in the picturesque foliage of Tybee Island while enjoying your meals. For the utmost convenience, a fully equipped kitchen awaits you, complete with all the amenities you need to whip up delicious meals or snacks during your stay. The master bedroom, located just off the living room, features a small sitting area and a luxurious king-size bed with an ensuite full bathroom. The hallway presents a kid's oasis with three sets of bunk beds and a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a full bed. A full bathroom off the hallway ensures everyone's comfort. Venture off the kitchen to discover a charcoal grill and a covered patio seating area, ideal for alfresco dining. There is only one small parking space available and paid street parking only. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Welcome to our vibrant neighborhood, perfectly situated just minutes away from the stunning Tybee Island Beaches. With convenient access to both South Beach and Back River Beach, you can immerse yourself in the sun-kissed shores and captivating beauty. Our home is within comfortable walking distance of the iconic Tybee Beach Pier and Pavilion. Indulge in the vibrant local scene as you explore charming shops and delectable restaurants. From unique boutiques to beachside eateries, our neighborhood invites you to immerse yourself in the local culture and discover hidden gems. Engage in water sports, embark on nature trails, or simply unwind and soak up the laid-back atmosphere that Tybee Island is renowned for. The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. The yard is shared with the downstairs guests. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay! Our home is on Tybee Island, where Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available. We recommend using car service whenever possible as parking is limited. There is one parking spot for this unit.
