Beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood, although the Pike is busy with traffic during the day. Town Hall and police station across the street. Fire dept on Dixie Hwy. A number of restaurants, churches, and a couple grocery stores are within walking distance. Banking, hair care, legal, family dentistry and other services within walking distance. Nice, but plain, unfurnished, well kept one bedroom apartments with hardwood floors, early to mid-20th Century cinder block construction overlaid with plaster. Stove, refrigerator, kitchen sink and cabinets, and counter space provided. Single bedroom in back, away from traffic noise, has a ceiling fan. Ample closet space. Basement sump pump. Central heating. Gas heat, gas water heater, otherwise electric, including stove. Gas, electric, and air conditioning are tenant's responsibility. Outside balconies behind each apartment, one garage space for each tenant, open parking in back. Pay washers and dryers available. Owned by Kentucky Land Title; Ft Mitchell, KY
