I am currently in the process of buying a house, however I didn't realize how soon I'd be buying a house and had signed and agreed for a lease which ends in November 2018. What would happen in this case, as assured by the apartment management, is when a new tenant signs their own lease on the apartment unit I am in, the apartment would be available for the new tenant and my apt lease would be void. The rent for the unit is $945. The apartment complex also offers cable, internet and phone in a packaged deal and the prices for cable, internet and phone remain the same: $45(phone) $45(internet) $45 (cable) The rent that tenant pays each month includes the apt rent amount + cable, internet and phone in a bill sent by the apartment complex every month. Tenant provides their own router for wifi within the apartment if they would like wifi. In addition to rent, utilities are paid to a company the apartment complex goes through and tenant usually pays $45 or less on average for utilities. The utility bill is received by tenant separately from the rent bill per month. Tenant pays power through Murray City Power. The Apartment Complex features covered parking/ a parking structure for tenants (no parking fee and tenant uses parking permit for the parking structure given by management), there is in unit washer and dryer, in unit microwave, dishwasher, disposal, central air, balcony, elevators and maintenance on site. There are 5 floors to the building and the apartment unit is on the 5th floor. Pets are welcome. As I haven't had a pet while living here, I would advise to check with the management on their pet policy if you do have a pet. If you are interested in a tour, you are more than welcome to come by the apartment complex and the leasing office can give you a tour of their model unit. As my schedule often varies at my place of work, you are more than welcome to come to the apartment complex and take a tour of their "York Style" model one bedroom and one bathroom. The model is a similar unit to mine (the only variation is the floor plan is the exact opposite of the unit I'm in) and the pictures I have posted are accurate. They are open Monday-Friday 10am-6pm (they stop touring apartment units at 4pm) and Saturdays from 10am- 4pm.
