It is a quiet, organized and always clean community, the parking area is large and sufficient for residents and visitors. We felt comfortable and calm living in this place.
Peaceful place to live, close to all manner of shops, restaurants, entertainment. Right across the street from Colorado School of Trades. Clean, well maintained Building.

Clean, close to work, and conveniently located. Also very close to the mountains snd I-70, but also close to the city of Denver. The maintenance crew is also extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Overall, the building is great. Solid location and quality amenities. The one gripe I have is that they have a valet trash service that costs $75/month but the company that does it rarely if ever picks up your trash and you wind up having to take it out yourself. Don't get me wrong, I have no issue with taking care of my own trash; I just don't want to be charged $75/month with no option to opt out of the service.
