The oversized balcony or terrace, large windows, spacious storage closets, and HVAC system operating seasonally on a building-wide basis add to the comfort. Complimentary starter items like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and kitchen supplies are provided to kickstart your stay. Early check-in is available for a fee of $89 per service. Surface lot parking for one vehicle is available for $39 per night. The outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management. Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion and beyond our control. Maintenance staff may need to access the apartment as required by building management, and advanced notice will be provided if access is required. Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, we do not have control over external factors such as building maintenance or construction in the vicinity. Noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Refunds or compensation cannot be provided solely due to these issues.
