This airy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is thoughtfully designed to enhance serenity, creating an inviting and open atmosphere. The living area features a television, decorative fireplace, and polished hardwood floors that welcome you to sit and relax. The fully equipped, modern kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances. Each bedroom has one queen bed, soft lighting, dressers, and ample closet space, ensuring a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer. When you step into the space, you’re immediately greeted with modern, mid-century furnishings that are thoughtfully designed to enhance serenity. The neutral space invites you to come home and relax after you’ve taken on the city. Sit under the warm lighting and read your favorite book with a cup of coffee or turn on the TV to binge your favorite series. The living area features a television, decorative fireplace, polished hardwood floors, coffee table, and an additional console for storage space under the television. Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped, modern kitchen that has been updated with stainless steel appliances. Although there is a coffee shop right around the corner, you can also prepare your favorite cup in house before you step out for the day. If you prefer to have your food delivered, you’re not too far from a Whole Foods. Get settled in by unpacking your clothes and putting them away in one of our closets with ample space. There’s also additional dressers in the room if you prefer. Each bedroom has one queen bed, soft lighting, and soft rugs, ensuring a comfortable stay. There is one full bathroom in the home, featuring preferred Lather products. We have either option for bathing, whether you prefer a quick shower under the rainfall showerhead or a long soak in a bubble bath. Convenience is right at your fingertips inside and outside of the home. You won’t have to leave the comfort of your space during laundry day because there is an in-home washer and dryer, with starter detergent available. We allow pets in this home for a one-time, non-refundable $450 pet fee per pet. We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged. If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we might have parking options available. Please inquire about advanced parking space reservations. This convenient home is situated in the vibrant and historic Dupont Circle, characterized by its tree-lined streets, charming historic row houses, and a lively atmosphere. It offers a diverse array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, with numerous cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife spots. Take a short stroll for less than five minutes to the Kramers Book Store where you can grab a coffee or a different beverage while you browse what is on the shelves. Have a reflective moment viewing the Philips Collection which is less than half of a mile away. You'll be immersed in rich culture as this home is a short walk from several embassies and close to the Dupont Metro where it is a short ride to the National Mall. Our home is contactless with seamless and easy self check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke, we will terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering, or parties, a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, and paper towels should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal. If these cause plumbing issues, we can and will charge the guest. There may be times where the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay, sometimes this cannot be avoided, thus we reserve the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24-hour written notice.
