Our home is contactless with seamless and easy self-check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. While this home does not allow pets, we may have other homes available that welcome your pets. Please reach out to our Guest Services team for more information.
