Charming furnished two bedroom one bath house located in a nice part of Eureka. There is a single car garage with a work bench, and a driveway with ample parking. There is a large fenced-in backyard that backs up to the woods and is very peaceful. Water, trash, internet, and lawn care included, excluding gas and electric. This is the perfect spot for traveling professionals. The property is our only rental and we manage it ourselves to keep the customer service experience high.
