This beautiful, open-space home offers plenty of amenities for resort style living including a living room with a marble fireplace, genuine leather designer sectional sofa and large coffee table; bar area with bar stools; dining area; access to the deck with a great view of the large, heated, salt-water swimming pool and professional outdoor kitchen with double sink, BBQ and plenty of space for outdoor dining and entertainment. The house has two master bedrooms. The first master features a luxurious Cal King bed with an orthopedic mattress and adjustable remote controlled bed frame (including flat and zero gravity preset positions for maximum comfort). This master bedroom has its own flat screen TV with Roku streaming service that will satisfy all your TV entertainment needs. The Second master bedroom features a Queen bed with sunshine and character. The third bedroom provides two twin beds and a futon. All three bedrooms offer ample closet and storage space. This house features two full size bathrooms that include a jacuzzi, bath tub, shower and complimentary toiletries. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with: Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, baking utensils, bake-ware, professional knife set, plates, glassware, mugs, wine glasses and much more. Our house also provides a separate laundry room, with washer and dryer machines that will keep your holiday clean and enjoyable. The newly remodeled backyard includes a barbecue grill and fire pit on the deck accessible off the main living room so you can enjoy the sunny California days outside by the pool. We have included four lounge chairs to soak up the sun and relax near the heated pool to enjoy all year around. High speed internet / WIFI and Smart TVs Roku Streaming service for you to be able to enjoy your favorite Netflix shows while away. NO smoking or vaping in the house. We take this rule very seriously. Should we suspect smoking in the house we will claim an additional fee of $500 towards cleaning. In consideration for our neighbors it is required to keep an outdoor noise level to a minimum after 11pm. Our house is located in a proximity of a small non-commercial airlines airport so some level of noise from planes is expected when camping outdoors. The house is fully equipped with double-pane windows and sound proof walls to minimize any outside noise. Garage converted to ADU. This ADU unit has a separate entrance and NO common walls. This space is not a part of the listing. The Property Manager lives on premises in the Guest House and available 24x7 to assist with any questions or concerns. The guest house is fully fenced and separated from the main house. No commercial use - We do not condone the use of the houses indoor or outdoor for any sort of commercial activities, including but not limited to filming, photo shooting, etc
