The first floor has a living room 23 x 14, bedroom 10 x 9, bath, kitchen 13 x 9, and 13 x10 laundry room on the first floor. You also have the 2nd floor room that is completely finished and goes from the front to the back of this home and is 33 x 10 ft. You can use this room in many ways. There are no closets or shelves upstairs. The railing at the top is movable to move furniture easily up and down. There is a huge deck on the back of the home. Part of it is covered, and part is open, so you can choose to sit in the sun or shade. There is a basement with a lot of open space, as the furnace and water heater are on the side of the basement, not the middle. There is a parking pad in the backyard. You pay all utilities. Our requirements are: A one-year lease, no evictions or felonies in the past 5 years- the household makes at least 3x the monthly rent. A $50 application fee per adult.
