Property Ratings at 1616 Armacost Ave
Ordinarily I would not bother to make a review. However considering the management of 1616 Armacost has done nothing to get a crazy person from continuously vandalizing their building and threatening their tenants I need to let all future renters know that this is not the building complex you want to rent in. The building next door 1612 has a tenant that is a crack addict and who threatens and screams endlessly 24/7 to keep the tenants up all night while she eggs peoples windows and throws hard objects at the windows of 1616 -all to terrorize and bother the residents. Most of us have called the police several times and in addition contacted management of 1616 Armacost and they fail to do anything about it. The police have written reports and the mental health line has come out several times but these people in 1612 don’t respond to the door. Therefore, if you want to pick an apartment that you will get sleep in, this apartment complex is not for you. If you plan to feel frustrated by the system and the management, not get any sleep and have your window broken every week while screaming crack addicts all night keep you awake, then by all means rent at 1616 Armacost.
