Property Ratings at 162 Park Ave
The property maintence is subpar at best. Poor electrical flow which leads to constant blown fuses. Heating is a constant issue. The floors are so thin I can hear my neighbors below me walk, and it vibrates my own kitchen. A serious rat problem. The city has come here on multiple occasions for inspections and each time the landlord has had negative reviews. This place is already expensive, and with the yearly rent increase to top it all off, it is not worth the money.
Im 21 years old and in college my rent was recently raised and for the life of me i cannot see why. Its small and horribly maintanenced but it is where im comfortable amd it is where i am able to focus on school and bettering my life.
