About This Property

Property Id: 1658914 I have a single family hI have a single family home for rent with all utilites included but it has one person living in the house down stairs. Must be ok with sharing the common areas and kitchen. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and the main bathroom is also shared. There is a laundry on site, internet, water, sewer, trash, electric, security cameras, and pet waste pick ip is provided with rent as longas the utilies are not abused. Excessive use will result in added fees. The rent is 2600$ per month with a 1 year lease and there is a 1800$ deposit plus a 250$ pet deposit per per as well as the first months rent. We do prorate. This is completely refundable at lease termination. The aplication fee is 55$ per adult and will be taken off the second months rent with a signed lease. Ifnyou think you can do better on paying for the utilities, i will lower the rent to 2200$ but the renterdownstairs will not be impacted so his utilites will covered under your utilites that you ourchase.
