Property Id: 1425534 Currently 1 of 3 rooms available for rent wtih two roommate on site already. All utilities included plus high speed internet and pet waste removal. Property shared space includes large fenced in back yard, lots of storage in garage, fully functional kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer already on site. There are 1.5 bathrooms that are shared among the other tenants. We welcome well trained dogs as well as cats but there is a pet deposit of 200$ p thatbis completely refundable at lease end. Price of rent is based on a 12 month lease but increases to 750$ per month for leases of 1 year. The Application fee and background check is 55$ per adult but if a lease is signed and executed will be taken off the 2nd months rent. Rent and deposits are due before move in and we do prorate rent for move in at partial month. Rent is due monthly but can split payment every 2 weeks if easier. This is shared Property and animals are welcomed pending they get along with the pets on site already.
