Property Ratings at 1629 E Maple Ave
Living in el segundo is a lovely place, great schools for parents looking for a good school district to send their children. Its peaceful and you feel safe in the neighborhood as well as you pretty much have good neighbors. The only reason why i gave it 3 star is because the building i live in is very old. No AC and its like an Oven in the summer cant install AC units on the windows and fans don't work. Even at night with all windows open its not fresh. Another fall back on my apartment building is that the building is so old that whether you live in the top or bottom unit any little step can be heard and you really can't complain because it's not the neighbors fault its the building. For these types of building owner/property management should not allow any pets like cats and dogs because you can hear then scratching all night and running up and down. Other than that its very nice living in el segundo.
