A private parking lot with space for 8 cars is available, eliminating street parking worries. Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign a Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old, and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home. PET FEES: A one-time fee is required based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 - 30 nights, and $100 for 30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked. Centrally located between 12th and 13th Avenue on 1645 North 4th Street, this home is in the OSU Off-campus housing area of N. 4th St. The neighborhood is a mix of musicians, professors, students, and working professionals. The house is within walking distance to Ohio State University and just around the corner from the Ohio Expo Center. It's 5-10 minutes from the Short North, Convention Center, Nationwide Arena, and Downtown, and close to all major highways and 10 minutes from the airport. Uber, Lyft, and COTA public bus stops are nearby, along with bike share and scooters. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old, and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home. Impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner.
