Tenant is responsible for all utilities, snow, and must show proof of renters insurance as well. Tenant will also maintain grass and landscaping but for an additional fee grass only will be covered. The lease is for 12 months, security deposit is one months rent. Additional terms and fees will be added for pets. Breed restrictions and small dogs allowed only. Credit check, criminal/rental background check required, and minimum monthly income of 3X the amount of rent.
