About This Property
My husband and I live in a 4 bedroom/3 bath townhome in Frederick. Our home is next to Fort Detrick, close to Hood College and about 7 minutes away from downtown Frederick. We are professionals in our early 30s looking to share our space with another professional. We are looking to rent the bedroom located on the third level. This room will come unfurnished and will have a shared bathroom. Our household consists of three young adults; two homeowners and one existing tenant, one 11-year-old dog (94lbs), and three young cats. Our animals are all friendly and keep mostly to themselves. This home is a strict NO smoking house (inside or outside). All applicants will be required to undergo a rental background check. Please contact me with any questions or to set up an in-person viewing.
