About This Property
Property Id: 1674442 I am a very friendly retired 73 year old "Gentleman" with a lovely house that I believe should be shared. I live 6 miles north of Hays on 6 acres on the only paved road outside of city limits. The guest bedroom that I am offering for rent located at the opposite end of the house from my bedroom comes fully furnished with access to a private bath, office, space, and an entertainment room with a 52 inch TV, fire stick television, and a PS3 and PS4. The rest of the house which we would share, includes a living room, family room, kitchen and dining area, as well as a large basement/gym/whatever downstairs. My house is also one of the few homes in all of Hays that has a large Storm Shelter. I have a nice small yard in the front and a large fenced in backyard with wraparound patios by the house. There is a garage to park your vehicle in and all the usual amenities and then some. It is truly a one of a kind rental in the Hays, KS area. Interested? call me at . 11am-9pm.
1654 Buckeye Rd is a house located in Ellis County and the 67601 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Hays attendance zone.
