About This Property
Feel at home in this charming one-bedroom apartment, nestled atop the third floor of a beautifully converted mansion 4-plex in one of Denver's older neighborhoods. The apartment boasts a delightful blend of old-school charm with hardwood floors, a red brick building, and broad windows, complemented by a modern style featuring a renovated kitchen and bath and hip furniture. Enjoy great natural light from all four sides and a lovely balcony off the kitchen, perfect for coffees, reading, or dining al fresco. Thoughtfully designed with bespoke finishes and modern furnishings, this apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen and a stylish living space. The hardwood floors and broad windows add to the apartment's charm, while the renovated kitchen and bath provide modern conveniences. The hip furniture and great natural light create a welcoming atmosphere. We are dog-friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $80 per dog per month. Please add your dog to the reservation so the first month's pet rent can be collected. Subsequent months' pet rent and/or the second pet's pet rent, if applicable, will be collected via our Resident Center. You can't beat the location! City Park is just one block away, and Cheesman Park is six blocks away. Enjoy coffee at St Mark's Coffeehouse or Weathervane Cafe, both right down the street. Restaurant Row on 17th Ave offers a variety of cafes, great restaurants, and bars, including favorites like Dos Santos, White Pie, Humboldt Kitchen + Bar, Olive & Finch, Beast & Bottle, Tacos Tequila & Whiskey, Pho & Bar, Denver Biscuit Co, Vine Street Brewery, and Illegal Pete's. Several fitness and yoga studios, including the massive Carla Madison Rec Center, are within a short walk. Music lovers will appreciate the proximity to the Fillmore Auditorium, Ogden Theatre, and Bluebird Theater. The Carla Madison Dog Park is one block away, and the newly renovated City Park Golf Course is right around the corner. Other nearby attractions include the Denver Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Museum of Nature and Science, and retail therapy along Colfax. A quick Uber ride will take you to downtown Denver, RiNo Arts & Brewery District, Cherry Creek Shopping District, and the sports stadiums and arenas. Our team prides itself on providing a great experience. However, view this as a long-term furnished rental, not a 24/7 bed and breakfast or full-service hotel. Our team is available during business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) and after hours for emergencies. A lease agreement will be e-signed with all guests upon booking to confirm your stay. We have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $80 per dog per month. Smoking and parties are not allowed in the apartment.
