About This Property
Feel at home in this charming one-bedroom apartment, part of a beautifully converted mansion 4-plex in one of Denver's older neighborhoods. This spacious unit is the largest on the first floor and features both front and back entrances. The building, constructed in 1910, boasts old-school charm with its red brick exterior, hardwood floors, and broad windows, while offering modern amenities like a renovated kitchen and bath, and stylish furniture. Enjoy the grassy front yard and fenced-in backyard, with shared laundry facilities available in the basement. Thoughtfully designed with a blend of historic charm and modern style, this apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable, stylish furniture. The hardwood floors and broad windows add to the apartment's character, making it a cozy and inviting space. While the building is well-maintained, it retains some quirks typical of older buildings, adding to its unique charm. We are dog-friendly, but have a strict no-cats policy. Pet rent is $80 per dog per month. Please add your dog to the reservation so the first month's pet rent can be collected. Subsequent months' pet rent and any additional pet fees will be collected via our Resident Center. You can't beat the location! Just one block from City Park and six blocks from Cheesman Park, this apartment is surrounded by green spaces. Enjoy coffee at St. Mark's Coffeehouse or Weathervane Cafe, both just down the street. Restaurant Row on 17th Ave offers a variety of dining options, including Dos Santos, White Pie, and Humboldt Kitchen + Bar. Wellness enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby fitness and yoga studios, as well as the Carla Madison Rec Center. Music lovers can walk to the Fillmore Auditorium, Ogden Theatre, and Bluebird Theater. The Denver Zoo, Botanical Gardens, and Museum of Nature and Science are also within walking distance. Our team is available during business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) and after hours for emergencies. A lease agreement will be e-signed with all guests upon booking to confirm your stay. This is a long-term furnished rental, not a 24/7 bed and breakfast or full-service hotel.
