La Perla condominium is 43 story building and offers one of the best amenities in Sunny Isles Beach: oceanfront heated swimming pool, state-of-the-art gym, children and pool table rooms, 24 hours concierge, valet parking & much more. La Perla amenities also include Beach Club with umbrellas, chairs and beach towels. Easy beach access with the wheelchair ramp to the beach. Fishing pier is located right next to the building for your fishing and dining pleasure. We are looking for a minimum of 28 days rental. Price will depend on the length of the rent and the time of the year. La Perla Rules. Tenant will need to pay to the La Perla office: • $100 Application Fee per couple with marriage certificate or $100 for each adult and $25 per adult for each ID Cards. • $10 One-time fee for car registration (If you have a car). • Pets are not allowed for rentals less than 6 moth. For rentals 6 month and over maximum 2 pets are allowed. There are no security cameras, recording devices, noise decibel monitors, and smart home devices inside of the apartment.
