The Historic Finney House is the original 1850 farmhouse that sat on 200 acres overlooking the Susquehanna River. We have converted it into five modern Airbnb apt/studios while keeping some of the old farmhouse charm. Apt 104 is one of two larger units. These two larger apartments enter from the back entrance to offer more privacy for mid term renters. Once inside the house, each apartment has their own entrance from the entryway or stairway. Apt 104 is located on the 2nd floor. Both of the outside doors require a code to enter. Accepted forms of rent payment: check, CC, or ACH. This 2nd floor 1 bedroom apartment includes a full eat-in kitchen stocked with cooking essentials, living room, bathroom, spacious hall entryway with a stacked washer and dryer, and large bedroom with a king size bed, closet, wardrobe, dresser, and desk. All bed and bath linens are provided, as well as shampoo/conditioner and soaps for the bath, dishes, and laundry.
