Property Ratings at 16M
JLL was unethical - charged me $100s more than the same apt on other floors. Poor maintenance, v noisy, unresponsive service, ugly lobby, sub-par gym, several other problems. A terrible experience at 16M.
You can’t go wrong with 16M. Great staff. Quiet and clean premises. The units are beautiful. Not to mention, you’re walking distance to pretty much anything you need. 5 Star, without a doubt.
16M is a perfect place, I feel right at home. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The included secured parking is just what I needed in an apartment building. You can't beat the location!
