The home has a 1 car attached garage and a storage shed in the backyard. The home have been updated new paint and flooring. The home a washer and dryer with additional storage in the laundry room. The home was built in 1956 and is located in School District 3. The home does not have AC. Utilities will be split 50/50. We are allowing small dog but no cats due to allergies and subject to approval. Pets must be no less than 12 months old. If approved, there is a $200 Deposit per pet plus $35 per month added to rent per pet. Any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. A background check will be conducted $45. No evictions.
