The pool is open year-round and is not heated. Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Right off the entryway is the open-concept living room and dining room, featuring a sofa bed, two armchairs, a SmartTV, and a farm table. Off the dining space is the galley-style kitchen stocked with all essential kitchenware items and an additional dining table with four chairs. The home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor; the bedroom has a full bed. The rest of the bedrooms and the last full bathroom are upstairs. Bedroom two has a queen bed and SmartTV, and bedrooms three and four each have two full beds. Enjoy the fully fenced backyard with a bistro table and chairs, a charcoal grill, and a seasonal pool. Pets are welcome for a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. You'll enjoy the peace and tranquility of living in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, but still have easy access to everything. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. Contact-free check-in is available via a digital door code. We are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, which will not disrupt your stay. Access to the yard and pool area is required on service day.
