I'm looking for someone to take over my lease, preferably between now and June 1. The apartment, building, and location are great. I'm moving because I bought a house. The lease is up on July 31 and you would have the option to renew. Rent is $1350 per month. Utilities are a flat monthly rate of $100 (includes everything except internet). This unit is very spacious for a studio apartment and very well priced for the area. 1. Apartment newly renovated 515sq ft studio apartment central air and heat kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops 20th floor, so the street noise is more limited 2 large windows that face Benjamin Franklin Pkwy 3 closets, including a large walk-in closet, linen closet, and large coat closet dishwasher 2. Amenities/Location The apartment is located in The Windsor Suites, which houses both apartments and hotel rooms. So residents benefit from many of the types of amenities available in hotels. Details: bellman and front desk attended 24hrs building very well maintained and apartments are cleaned by staff before new residents move in laundry on every floor free wifi in public areas--lobby and work space just above the lobby rooftop pool 24hr fitness studio 7day/week on-site maintenance on-site parking 2 restaurants on the first floor of the building residents can opt to have some/all of their walls painted one of a few available colors.
