Don't be fooled!

Lived here for 2+ years. The rooms and amenities are alright, but good luck ever getting anything addressed by the landlord. They moved a gym right underneath a group of apartments and the gym constantly creates vibrations from the treadmills and other exercise equipment. It's gotten so bad that I have had things fall out of cabinets - and the vibrations constantly wake me up and have scared the s*** out of my cat. This has been going on for months. My neighbors are all experiencing the same thing. Even after telling the landlord these issues - they won't do anything. No rent credits or soundproofing the gym, just "oh well, sucks to be you, we'll get around to it". Unfortunately I've had to submit a tenancy complaint to the city - and i've encouraged my neighbors to do the same. I'd stay away from this place until they fix their act. Which is a shame, because it's a nice place otherwise.
