The 24-hour doorman and all building staff are great and dedicated to maintaining the building’s integrity and safety. Organized receiving room for packages and deliveries, well-fitted gym with newer equipment for a solid workout; a large laundry room and on-site management. Building offers a bike room for a small fee, and parking for a fee when available. The best thing about this neighborhood is that the building is barely a block from the lakefront and 57th Street beach. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are within walking distance, with great food options: Target, Lululemon, Starbucks, YogaSix, Marshalls, and so much more! Great walkability! Across the street is the Museum of Science and Industry, with the soon-to-be Obama Presidential Library within walking distance and great views from the rooftop. Near the University of Chicago campus and transit stops; near public transportation to South Loop and Metra, two blocks away.
