Stay away from here!! I've lived here for years, and I can't wait to get out. First few years were excellent, and then the management change happened, and it's all been downhill from there. Firstly, the management. The last year they have been terrible. One of the ladies is brand new and seems like a good addition, but the one that's been there longer is incredibly unpleasant. Most of the time you can't reach them on the phone, so you have to walk up to the office. Every time you need anything, like a key fob, or to schedule maintenance she asks like it's such a burden. I'm talking DMV levels of "don't give an F'". Everything is either not their fault, or not her problem. I honestly have no idea how someone with such a sour attitude gets a job that anything related to customer service. Some Highlights: -A/C went out in the middle of summer. Forecast was 110, so i called in the morning, but was told it wasn't an emergency. Rather than them be proactive, i had to call every hour until my apartment was over 95 degrees until they would send someone out. -New neighbors moved in and I started seeing roaches, so they sent someone out here. After MONTHS of complaining about them, they finally said they would "call the real exterminators". A month later they finally found out which apartment they were coming from and told me, but it still took several months before they were actually gone. Buildings are old, and all repairs done before moving are shotty at best. When i first moved in, they forgot to add a door handle to one of the doors, and the paint they put on walls didn't cover up the previous resident's spray-painted smiley face. Many of the building have foundation issues. Multiple cracks along ceilings and walls that they simply paint over, rather than actually fix. Expect way higher power bills than you are used to. There isn't enough parking. If you come back anytime after 9p, expect there to be no parking spaces so you'll be parking on the street. Lack of privacy. If you work a normal 9-5, they will send people into the apartment with no warning and only half the time they will leave a note saying they were there. Stay away from these apartments, I'm still kicking myself for renewing with them, but thankfully I'll be out soon.

First of all the when I first moved here I thought this was a decent property but I was very wrong! The exterior: The outside lights didn’t work, I had to be bothering the maintenance guys to put new bulbs, which took some time. The outside gates are always broken. The pool is too small for the size of the this apartment complex. They also added a $10 amenity fee, which is stupid because the people who use the pool, don’t even live here, during the summer it’s packed and they don’t bother to check who lives here and who doesn’t. They charge $30-$40 for covered parking, which is provided by some thin metal, and during the snow it fell on top of cars damaging them. There is always trash on the floor by the dumpster, not to mention dog crap all over the property. The interior: inside my apartment something is always broken every month, from the A/C to appliances, or the roof or pipes are leaking from somewhere. The manager lives on property and her apartment was flooded, no wonder she quit. They are always sending emails that they will be doing inspections because people are always smoking weed inside their apartments and I’ve smelled some just passing by on the outside. This place is not worth the price which keeps going higher and higher. They don’t care about tenant loyalty, they will raise your rent after the first year, I’ve heard other tenant’s stories and they all have experience the same as me. So don’t bother with this property, there are better options.

I was here for 4 years going on 5, faced a $112 late fee for lack of notification on a bill being due on my 3 year olds birthday month. Normally you get a text but I guess the less they can notify you the better.. Sadly they called more after they charged a late fee and requested a call from the owner. Get a call back for the manager the next day saying the manager didn't really want to talk and that if she did, she would also say she couldn't waive the fee. Dont move here unless you want to get the cold shoulder

Thank you so much for your feedback. We value our residents and community and take pride in providing a great place to live. Your positive review means so much to us. Have a wonderful day! Thanks again!
We just renewed our lease again. I'm very happy here. We move a lot for work and when we were moving to McKinney I checked out sooo many places, but this felt like home. The staff go above and beyond I think they are very friendly. The pool and gym are always clean and the grounds are well taken care of. I hope to stay here for a long time. Thank you guys for taking such good care of us!!!
We enjoy living at 1701 Eldorado, nice and safe place to live. Allisson the Manager and Jennifer always very friendly. We love the pool and the gym. The location is perfect!!
I love my new apartment and the staff is real helpful. They really went out of their way to make sure I get everything I was looking for!
We're halfway through our lease at Parkview Legends. Staff is great, always friendly and addressing issues quickly. The location of the complex is AMAZING. You're a few minutes from everything, and tucked off a road within walking distance to a great park. While we have enjoyed our stay thus far, we will likely be moving after our lease it up. Lets go over the cons: Parking is a nightmare! If you get home after 6pm, expect to park out on the street or wayyyyyy down from your apartment. We plan our days around parking...not kidding (really, why even pay for a gated community if you can't park in it? Plus people have crashed into cars parked out on the street). There are not nearly enough spaces for the number of residents. Most of the covered reserved spots are full, and the garage isn't anywhere near your building. While they did have a big 'extreme makeover' on the property, their amenities are somewhat lacking. The pool area does look very nice, but it is small. If you're an adult wanting a nice swim, not happening. The pool is usually overrun with kids/teens. The gym has great equipment, but again....too small. We often have to keep checking to see if someone is working out. The 2 treadmills seem to be very popular and are usually taken in the evenings. The apartment itself is very low grade. The cabinets are impossible to keep nice. The paint peels, and they are horrible quality. I would never consider these 'luxury' apartment's. For the most part the complex is quiet. I will say this, I feel VERY safe here. Not many disturbances or issues with safety which is a BIG thing for me. Safety was the main reason we thought about staying....but when we looked around we found a great safe complex that was cheaper with amazing amenities, REAL upgrades (not peel and stick 'wood', and faux counters) it was a no brainer.
I will start by saying that the staff is nice on a personal level, but on a professional level they are lacking tremendously. I've called at least twice a month with an issue, and they do the bare minimum to fix problems. Their "solutions" end up bringing problems down the line for other residents. Maintenance said they have old pipes so that explains why the upstairs neighbors flooded our apartment. After 6 days we are still dealing with that problem, but the front desk sales lady says "that's apartment living." We pay for a 3 bedroom 2 bath, but maintenance says we shouldn't use one bathroom unless the boss is around, then it's okay to use. Was told not to use the hallway light because it may short and cause a fire. Still hasnt been replaced. Also parking after 6pm is non existent unless you pay 85 a month for a garage or around 40 for covered parking. I would not suggest this spot for a family at least.
Place isn't worth the money. Low-grade apartments passed off as "luxury". No parking available for that high rent, unless you're willing to pay extra to park. Noisy. You can hear every door in the building open and close. You can hear people outside as if they are inside.
I love this complex so much. the colors are nice, the pool is resort like and the club house is great for hanging out. the neighbors are quiet as ever and so very friendly. the land layout is on a hill and the buildings are stacked so like us you could have a floor apartment but still have a view of the forest over and behind the complex it make for perfect sunsets. they allow pets and have plenty of grassy areas for them to run around and sufficient potty bag stations that you don't have to get your own. rent price is great here plus it so nice to have your own washer and dryer especially in theyre own room! love this place for sure renewing my lease :)
