The basement is super clean with fresh paint and new fixtures. It is furnished with a queen size bed and dresser/night stand in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room including a microwave and mini fridge. Not a lot of space in the living room, but perfect for 1 person. This is a Single Occupancy Rental.
