Located in the community of Sandy Ridge, this house offers 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a living area, and a free washer/dryer. Enjoy leisure time with a pool table and basketball game, and make use of the gas grill and grilling utensils. The large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, indoor dining area, outdoor dining area, and lounge chairs provide ample space for relaxation and dining. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. Nestled in the community of Sandy Ridge near ChampionsGate and minutes from the Disney Parks and Orlando, Davenport is a beautiful city perfect for your next vacation. Situated in Central Florida just off of I-4 and Highway 27, the city offers easy access to nearby entertainment, activities, dining, both Gulf Coast and Atlantic Shore beaches, and much more. Self check-in and check-out are available. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. During inclement weather, pool use is not advised. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, contact us immediately upon check-in for restocking.
